A chandertal also known as ‘Moon Lake’ is one of the most
beautiful lakes in the region. Set on a large meadow between lower ridge and
main Kunzum range, it offers excellent view of Mulkila mountain range and
Samudra Tapu Glacier. The color of water keeps changing throughout the day from
the reddish to orange to blue to emerald green as day passes. The trek follows
Chandra River till it levels-up at Chandratal.

Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Day 2: Drive from Delhi to Mandi (440 Kms)
Day 3: Drive 140 kms from Mandi to Manali (1920 Mtrs). Visit Hadimba Temple and spend free time exploring the local market.
Day 4: Drive 140 Kms from Manali to Keylong a popular village know from “green peas” crossing over the Rothang pass (3987 Mtrs)
Day 5: Drive 80 Kms from Keylong to Baralacha Pass (4950Mtrs)
Day 6: Trek to Tokpo Gongma (4650 Mtrs)
Day 7: Trek 3-4 hrs to Tokpo Yogma (4350 Mtrs)
Day 8: Trek 4-5 hrs to Chander Tal (4250 Mtrs)
Day 9: Trek to Batal road head
Day 10: Drive 5-6 hrs from Batal to Manali crossing over Rothang pass (3987 Mtrs)
Day 11: Drive 310 Kms from Manali to Chandigarh, Capital of Punjab and Haryana States
Day 12: Visit rock garden and lake club followed by 235 Kms drive to Delhi.
Day 13: In Delhi – local sightseeing during the day including Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar followed by celebration dinner.
Day 14: Fly to onward destination
from Delhi.
