BRIEF ITINERARY

 

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Arrive Delhi and transfer to the Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Delhi – Allahabad

Day at leisure in Delhi with city tour. Evening board the overnight AC train to Allahabad.

Day 03: Allahabad – Lakhiya

Drive to Kaliaghat – the starting point of sailing. Reach Lakhiya in the evening. Camp on the bank/island.

Day 04: Lakhiya – Usmanprur

Sail to reach Usmanpur by covering 35kms/8-9Hrs on River. Camp on the bank/island

Day 05: Usmanpur – Murdaghat

Sail down to reach Murdaghat covering 45Kms/8-9hrs on River. Camp on the bank/Island.

Day 06: Murdaghat – Mirzapur

Sail down towards Mirzapur in the morning. After about 4 hrs, stop at Vindhaychal. Visit the temple dedicated to Goddess Kali. Overnight at Hotel

Day 07: Mirzapur – Varanasi

Sail to Varanasi. En-route visit Chuna Fort. Overnight at Hotel

Day 08: In Varanasi:

Cruise on River Ganga and walk through the narrow lanes of Varanasi visiting Kali Vishwanath Temple. Afternoon visit Sarnath. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09: Varanasi – Delhi

Fly to Delhi and go for local sightseeing of India Gate, Red Fort followed by celebration dinner at a restaurant. Overnight at Hotel

Day 10: Delhi Departure

Transfer to Delhi airport and board the flight to onward destination.
